Over the course of his career, Kevin has noticed a common challenge companies experienced with their digital HR change and transformation efforts: their own internal capability. Whether their digital platforms were more or less advanced generally made little difference. They struggled with common capability gaps that in turn create unnecessary challenges along the transformation journey. In the midst of a digitally fueled Fourth Industrial Revolution, digital proficiency must become a core competency for any organization hoping to survive and thrive in these uncertain times. Yet 70% of organizations fail to deliver their target outcomes and sustainable change. Kevin set out to build a consultancy with the mission of working alongside digital HR teams to beat these odds. Kevin has been leading digital HR transformations with public sector and mid-sized to Fortune 500 organizations for 25 years. He has worked for corporate HR, HR software firms, and consulting firms (boutique and Tier 1). His passion is helping organizations develop their digital HR capabilities and navigate their transformation journeys to create better places to work. Areas of expertise include digital HR strategy and governance, digital operating models, solution architecture, program planning, portfolio and program management, risk management.
